but here no longer. For me it obviously uses sleep (not much, but high quality), dirt, sand, the ocean, books and absence of internet connections and mobile phones. [yap, this blog post is going to ruin everything]
let me just recommend (yet another) book. The following is the best book I have ever read which discusses how we see ourselves in others and how partnership can only really work if we are willing and able to discover as well as expose our weaknesses.
